The Costa Daurada is one of the main tourist destinations in the Mediterranean. Its privileged location allows you to have a rich and varied territory with a wide coastline and an interior dotted with quiet villages and farm fields.
Offering to anyone who comes to discover it much more than a destination of sun and beach: a diverse range of leisure, culture, nature and history ideal to enjoy in an environment of peace and rest a complete vacation for the whole family.
Coastal towns such as Salou, Cambrils, Vila-seca / La Pineda Platja, Calafell and El Vendrell have the Family Tourism certification that certifies the quality of their offer and infrastructures adapted to the needs of the little ones. The whole family can also enjoy the theme park, PortAventura World.
The heritage of the Costa Daurada will take you to visit the Roman ruins of Tarragona - declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO -, discover the two monasteries of the Cistercian Route: Santes Creus and Poblet - the latter also declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO -, and the landscape that inspired Casals, Miró or Gaudí.
The excellent climate, with hot summers and very mild winters and little rain, makes the Costa Daurada also, throughout the twelve months of the year, the ideal place to practice and program sports activities. In fact, many municipalities offer an important network of sports facilities. In this sense, the offer of quality golf courses is at the level of the most demanding players.
We also have a gastronomically privileged territory, since its location and climate allows it to offer a wise combination of the best products from the sea and the land to create a Mediterranean-style market cuisine. In addition, the Costa Daurada maintains the essence of the Mediterranean culture, the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine. Wine tourism is an activity with a great tradition on the Costa Daurada.
On the Costa Daurada you will find many options to enjoy your holidays as you prefer and with whoever you want.
