The Association of Tourist Apartments of the Costa Daurada and Terres de l'Ebre (AAT), and the Creu Roja Tarragona, have signed a collaboration agreement on employment to improve access to employment for vulnerable people.
The objective of this agreement is to improve access to the labor market and the quality of employment for vulnerable people who participate in Red Cross employment projects in the province of Tarragona. In this way, they will work together to provide tools that allow people in situations of social difficulty to overcome barriers to access the labor market and improve their employability.
The companies associated with AAT will participate in training and job placement issues, thus contributing to the fight against labor vulnerability, poverty and gender inequality. This agreement establishes the general lines of collaboration to be developed, placing the focus of attention on the most vulnerable people and groups in society.
Based on this agreement, they have planned a series of collaborative actions (such as workshops, talks or training practices), to be carried out during 2023.
Both entities will strengthen this link in the search for talent for the tourist apartment sector.
