"Two years with practically no tourism. A year that we hope will really be the beginning of the recovery. But, we continue to have a problem that, no matter what happens in the world, the administrations will never solve: illegal tourist accommodation. This anarchy caused by the administrations themselves, it involves two serious problems: scams against customers and a massification of companies and individuals in certain areas of some towns that creates a certain tourism-phobia towards society.
From the sectoral associations, we act as policemen and detectives. Continuously, we pass complaints to the Administration of all the cases of unregulated tourist accommodation that we detect, but sanctions almost never arrive. So complaints are useless. We all waste time."...
