ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY "ELECTIONS" AAT

The actions carried out during 2021 were reported, in relation to promotion, AAT collaborators club, conferences, information circulars and rental demands received and sent to associated companies, the accounts of the previous year. Comparative data was shown, according to a source from the Tourism Studies Observatory, information that our associates have provided during 2021, regarding Huts and AT: 321,000 visitors (155,000 in 2020), 1,359,000 overnight stays (660,000 in 2020). The average stay in our accommodation has been 4.3 days, the same as in 2020 and continues to be the highest in the accommodation sector in the demarcation. We have a representation of 4,890 Huts and AT managed by our 72 associated companies that offer 24,377 accommodation places. 70% of overnight stays have corresponded to state tourism and 22% to French tourism, an indicator that follows the line with small fluctuations compared to 2020 and that indicates that proximity tourism has been predominant. They talked about the projects planned for 2022, which we hope to start soon.

In the Extraordinary Assembly "Elections" the only candidacy received was presented, leaving the new Board of Directors of AAT as follows:

The president of Federatur (Catalan Federation of Tourist Apartments), David Riba, informed us of the possible impact that the new Tourism law will have, which is being worked on by the Generalitat of Catalonia and that it is pending changes that may directly affect the business of our associated companies.
