The Director General of Tourism, Marta Domènech i Tomàs, today presented the tourism investments in the Tierras del Ebro financed with 9 million euros from European Next Generation EU funds.
Within the framework of the 2021 extraordinary call for Tourism Sustainability Plans in destinations, the three projects financed with European funds are the extension of the Greenway of the Delta del Ebro Natural Park; the Amposta Sustainability Plan; and Rótula Delta, a la Ràpita.
It is estimated that with these funds an additional 15.5 #M€ of induced investment will be mobilized in the territory, 72% more than the initial investment.
