From AAT we challenge the new ordinance of the Roda de Berà City Council, filing a contentious-administrative appeal, because it violated the activity of the HUT in this municipality and given that we are aware that the City Councils of our municipalities are making movements to regulate our activity, we are seeing that these regulations are negatively and directly affecting our establishments, so we have decided to take some actions to reserve our activity.
